Florida State University, partnered with Coca-Cola and Culinary Ventures Vending, operates more than 300 beverage and snack machines across campus. Vending machines are located in academic and administrative buildings, student housing areas, and recreational facilities.
Accepted Payment Methods: FSUCash, debit/credit cards, cash, and mobile payments, including Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, and more.

Beverage Vending Price Update
Beginning August 1, 2025, beverage vending prices will increase by an average of $0.50 per item due to rising production and distribution costs. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain quality service.

Vending Service Requests
Reporting an Issue with a Machine
Snack Machines: Contact Culinary Ventures Vending directly by scanning the service QR code on the machine or call 844-483-0038.
Beverage Machines: Submit a Vending Service Request. You may also call (850) 644-7777. Please be prepared to provide your name, contact number, the machine location, the machine number, and the problem you are experiencing.
Refund Requests
Snack Machines: Contact Culinary Ventures Vending directly by scanning the service QR code on the machine or call 844-483-0038.
Beverage Machines:
- Debit/Credit Cards and Digital Payments: No further action is needed. The vending machines have a sensor that sends a message to the card reader when an item is dispensed. If the product does not pass the sensor, the machine automatically refunds the purchase within 24-48 hours, depending on your financial institution. If the charge remains after this waiting period, please contact your financial institution directly.
- Cash: Visit the FSUCard Center in person to fill out the cash refund request form. Please note that you must provide the machine number and location.
Overcharges
Your bank may place a HOLD on your account for an amount exceeding the total purchase price of one or more items. This HOLD will update to the actual transaction amount within 24-72 hours, and you will be charged only for the items dispensed. For questions about your bank's hold policy, please contact your bank directly. If the charge remains after the waiting period, contact us for a Vending Service Request ticket to provide to your financial institution to dispute the charge.
Department Vending Machine Request
Email obs@fsu.edu with your department name, location, and type of vending machine requested (snack and/or beverage), and a representative will contact you.
Beverage Donations
Beverage donations for official university-sponsored events are available through our official partner, Coca-Cola, on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders should be submitted at least two (2) weeks before the event date to ensure fulfillment.
All requests require approval from the designated Division contact and the Office of Business Services, and approval is not guaranteed. To request a donation, complete the FSU Beverage Donation Request Form.pdf and email it to obs@fsu.edu.
