All of your postal needs will be met here on campus.

Student Postal Services Available

FSU offers postal services to our on campus housing residents. These P.O. boxes are assigned by the FSU Housing Department at the beginning of each year. You must present a valid driver's license at the service window to receive the key to your box when you move on campus. Only United States Postal Services mail is delivered to your box. Any incoming delivery service (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.) letters and parcels are delivered to your residence hall.

FSU Student Postal Services Window

Our service window is open from 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and FSU holidays. Packages or boxes which do not fit in your postal box are kept in our secured facility for you to pick up. You will receive a package notification in your box. Bring this to the service window, present your identification, and we will retrieve your package for you.

USPS Incoming Mail Addressing Standards

All incoming campus mail should use the departments assigned P.O. Box number. A street address can also be used, but only if a P.O. Box number is also on the envelope as the last line before the city, state, zip.

Moving Back Home? Don't Forget to Forward Mail.

If you do not intend to stay on campus during the summer break, make sure you forward your mail to new housing location. If we have no forwarding information the mail is returned to sender. You must turn in your P.O. Box key or you will be billed for the replacement cost of $10.00 for the key. This can be done at the service window during our normal working hours.
