Registration

Individual registration includes conference sessions; all meals from Sunday's welcome reception to Thursday morning's breakfast, except Tuesday evening dinner on your own; entertainment outlined in the agenda. Guest registration includes meals, entertainment and guest day agenda.

Hotel
The conference hotel will be the Marriott suites Clearwater Beach on Sand Key. You can register online at http://cwp.marriott.com/tpams/assnofcollegeandunivprint/. The nightly conference rate is $199 per night, a great deal for spring time in Florida. A block of rooms has been reserved from May 4th through May 8th, with a smaller block for Saturday. May 3rd through Friday, May 9th for the early or late birds. Register early to get into this facility as there are limited rooms available. The deadline for reservations is April 5, 2008. Embassy Suites is an all-suites hotel.

Conference Attire
Springtime in Florida is beautiful. We will have warm days and warm evenings. Dress will be business casual to casual. You will want to bring a sweater for the Evening and a bathing suit may be desirable.

Airports
The Marriott Suites Clearwater Beach on Sand Key is located 20 miles from Tampa International Airport and 12 miles from St.Petersburg /Clearwater International Airport. It is generally easier to get a flight into Tampa.
